Overview
Orbit is Holixora's industry-neutral platform for running project work: planning, assigning responsibility, tracking timelines, reviewing progress, and keeping project information connected to the commercial side of a job.
The problem
Project information ends up spread across chat threads, spreadsheets, and inboxes. Nobody can answer what changed, who owns it, or where a job stands commercially without asking three people first.
What we built
A workspace built around records rather than fixed screens, so the same system can carry projects, tasks, milestones, documents, and approvals for teams that work in different ways.
Experience and workflow
Work is planned on a board and a timeline, ownership is explicit, and documents stay attached to the project they belong to rather than to a person's inbox.
