Overview
Cetharia is PT Holixora Digital Technology's main product for architecture and construction studios. It connects four modules that used to live in separate tools: Studio for browser-based 2D CAD drafting, Visualisasi AI for rendering, Design Intelligence for Bill of Quantities, and Superimpose for clash detection.
A drawing is uploaded once, and volume, visuals, and clash checks all read from that same source. There is no re-typing the same data three times and no version drift between documents. Design Intelligence's cost engine is deterministic code, not an AI guess: it reached a 0.2% median quantity variance against QS-built reference Bill of Quantities in the v24b evaluation.
Cetharia is live at cetharia.com, and is developed alongside practising studios. Lumbung Architect and Teras Rumah Studio run it white-labeled under their own brands, and their day-to-day use directly shapes what gets built next.

The Challenge
Studios draw in one application, build visuals in another, and calculate cost in a spreadsheet. The same data gets typed three times, quantity surveying is redone by hand on every revision, and drawing clashes, like a pipe running through a beam, only surface once construction has already started.
The Solution
We built one platform with four connected modules instead of four separate tools. Studio handles drafting, Visualisasi AI turns drawings into presentation renders, Design Intelligence computes the Bill of Quantities with deterministic code, and Superimpose checks for clashes between disciplines, all reading from the same uploaded drawing and the same project.
