What We Are Building Toward in the Second Half of 2026

Publishing a roadmap carries risk. Circumstances change, priorities shift, and a public commitment to features that do not ship erodes trust faster than saying nothing. What we can share honestly is direction: the problems we are working toward and why they are the right problems to be working on.

Deeper Product Integration

The six Holixora products are currently integrated at the data level — Mercora inventory feeds the Credit System, HRD attendance feeds payroll. The next layer of integration is workflow-level: actions in one product triggering workflows in another without manual coordination.

The specific scenario we are building toward is a hotel operator where Hanoman guest check-in data, Accounting revenue records, and HRD staff scheduling are connected in a way that reduces the daily reconciliation work that currently requires someone to sit down and sync these systems manually.

Archily.pro as a Standalone Platform

Archily.pro has been operating as a relatively quiet product while we validated the core BOQ automation. The validation is done. The product works and the market response from architecture firms has been clear. The next phase is building out the platform: more document types, collaboration features, and an API layer that allows architecture firms to connect Archily to their existing project management workflows.

Expanding the Credit System

The Credit System is currently operating as an internal capability for Holixora ecosystem businesses. The next step is opening it to external lenders as a risk data service — allowing financial institutions to query behavioral data on businesses that consent to sharing it as part of a credit application.

This is a meaningful product expansion that requires getting regulatory context right. We are working through that carefully.
