Most software companies build one product.
We built an architecture.
Holixora Core is the foundation. Everything we ship — Mercora POS, Hanoman HMS, HRD, Accounting, Credit System, Archily Studio — runs on top of it. Shared authentication. Shared RBAC. Shared database primitives. Consistent patterns across every module.
Why This Matters
A typical SME in Indonesia runs on disconnected software. The POS does not talk to accounting. HR is a spreadsheet. Inventory is a different system from procurement.
Every integration is a manual step. Every manual step is a cost.
When modules share a core, the data moves automatically. An employee hired in HRD appears in payroll without re-entry. A purchase order in Mercora POS flows to ARAP without a second form.
The Stack
The core is built on FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2.x async, and Alembic. Lightweight enough to deploy on a single VPS, structured enough to scale. Authentication is JWT with refresh tokens. RBAC is baked in, not bolted on. Every request carries an audit trail.
The frontend is Next.js App Router on every product. Same design system. Same component library. Same interaction patterns. A user who learns Mercora already knows how to use Hanoman.
What Is Live Now
As of May 2026, two products are production-ready and more are in build:
Mercora POS — full point-of-sale, inventory, purchasing, ARAP, marketing, member points. 87 tests green. Docker-ready.
Hanoman HMS — hotel and resort management. Reservations, room classes, outlet/POS, travel packages, dual-currency. MVP-complete.
HRD — HR management. Employees, attendance, leave approval flow, payroll computation, payslips. Backend complete, frontend in build.
Accounting, Credit System, and Orbit are next.
The Model
Clients buy products individually or as a suite. A hotel deploys Hanoman HMS. A retail chain deploys Mercora POS. A company needing full operations deploys both plus HRD and Accounting.
Every deployment runs through Holixora Core. Server and domain renewals flow through the same infrastructure. One vendor. One integration. One support contract.
For a business currently managing 4-6 separate tools, that is a different category of offer.
