Overview
Mercora is a production-ready cloud POS system built as the POS module of Holixora Core System. It covers the full retail operations cycle: point of sale, inventory management, purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, reporting, warehouse, and marketing with member-points.
Built with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy 2.x async backend, Next.js App Router frontend, Docker deployment, and Alembic migrations. Role-based access control, JWT authentication with refresh tokens, comprehensive audit trail, and full test coverage.
Mercora is designed for multi-outlet Indonesian retail businesses that need real ERP-grade operations management, delivered as a clean SaaS module through Holixora Core System.

The Challenge
Mid-market Indonesian retailers run operations across disconnected spreadsheets, standalone POS systems, and manual purchasing workflows. There is no unified system for inventory, purchasing, receivables, and marketing. Each function operates in a silo, creating blind spots, errors, and reporting delays that cost money every day.
The Solution
We built a full-stack cloud POS with 9 operational modules: dashboard, POS terminals, inventory masterdata, purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, reports, system admin, warehouse, and marketing with member-points. All modules share a unified data layer with real-time inventory sync, RBAC, and a comprehensive audit trail built in from day one.
