Lumbung Superimpose
Clash detection for Lumbung Architect, white-labeled on Cetharia's Superimpose module.

Overview
Lumbung Superimpose is Lumbung Architect's (PT Sinar Lentera Alam) white-labeled deployment of Cetharia's Superimpose module. It overlays Structure and MEP drawings from the same project on one coordinate system, straight from DXF, and flags clashing points before construction starts.
Lumbung Architect contributed real project drawings from villa and commercial work in Bali as test and accuracy reference material, and is testing the clash-checking workflow on those same projects. The interface, naming, and output documents carry Lumbung's own identity, and its project rules are matched to Lumbung's internal standards.

The Challenge
A pipe running through a structural beam only gets discovered once the wall is already built, and the teardown and rework cost lands on the project. Structure and MEP drawings sit in separate files with no automatic way to check where they overlap before work begins on site.
The Solution
We deployed Cetharia's Superimpose module under Lumbung Architect's own brand and project rules. Structure and MEP drawings are aligned on a shared coordinate system straight from DXF, and clash rules are deterministic and explainable rather than an AI guess. Every finding cites its location, drawing layer, and measured distance, so it can be verified and closed one by one.

Deterministic, explainable clash rules
Runs on the same projects, drawings, and team accounts as the rest of Cetharia
White-labeled under Lumbung Architect's identity and project rules
Results
The results
White-labeled deployment running under Lumbung Architect's own brand
First phase covers Structure against MEP clash checks
Real project drawings from Bali villa and commercial work used as test and accuracy reference
Every finding cites location, drawing layer, and measured distance
