Overview
Hanoman is a production-ready Hospitality Management System (HMS) built as the HMS module of Holixora Core System. It covers the full hospitality operations cycle: reservation management, room class and availability tracking, contact and VIP guest management, outlet POS with cashier shifts, travel packages with billing, and comprehensive masterdata.
Built with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy 2.x async backend and Next.js App Router frontend. Full dual-currency RP/USD support across all reservations and financial operations. JWT authentication, RBAC, and audit trail matching Mercora's production standards.
Hanoman replaces legacy Java/JSP hospitality infrastructure, fixing SQL injection vulnerabilities and modernizing the entire stack while preserving all 28+ core operational endpoints. Designed for Indonesian hotel and resort businesses operating at multi-currency scale.

The Challenge
Indonesian hotels and resorts run on legacy hospitality software with SQL injection vulnerabilities, no modern auth, and no API layer. The existing Java/JSP systems cannot integrate with modern payment gateways, mobile apps, or analytics platforms. Operations teams manage reservations, outlet POS, and travel packages across disconnected systems with no unified reporting.
The Solution
We ported the complete hospitality operations to a modern FastAPI backend with parameterized queries, JWT auth with RBAC, and a full Next.js frontend covering 20+ screens across reservations, rooms, contacts, outlet POS, travel packages, and masterdata. Dual-currency RP/USD is built into every financial flow from day one.
