Overview
Griya Studio was Holixora Digital Technology's first AI-powered construction technology platform, automating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation, architectural drawing analysis, and quantity surveying through machine learning for the Indonesian construction industry. That work is now the foundation of Cetharia, our current platform for architecture and construction, which carries the same rendering and BOQ engines forward as two of its four connected modules (Visualisasi AI and Design Intelligence) alongside a browser CAD editor (Studio) and clash detection (Superimpose).
The platform transformed uploaded construction drawings into detailed BOQ reports with material takeoffs, cost estimation, and structural analysis, and provided AI architectural rendering across 9 modes with photorealistic outputs in under 60 seconds.
Griya Studio launched as a live SaaS product at griya.studio with credit-based pricing: Free (5 credits), Professional (Rp 299K/month, 50 credits), and Enterprise (custom). Built by Holixora Digital Technology for architecture firms, contractors, and quantity surveyors across Indonesia.

The Challenge
Indonesian architects and contractors spend Rp 500K-2M per render and wait 3-7 days per iteration. Every client revision means another invoice and another wait. Small firms can't compete in tenders against firms with better visuals, not because their designs are worse, but because rendering is too expensive and too slow.
The Solution
We built an end-to-end AI rendering platform with 9 render modes, BOQ extraction, and a floor plan designer, all accessible through a clean subscription interface. The AI pipeline delivers photorealistic outputs from uploaded drawings in under 60 seconds, with unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Holixora's AI system designed, built, and launched the entire product in 30 days.
