What We Shipped

At the start of June, Holixora had a website and an idea. By the end of the month, it had:

• Mercora POS — A full point-of-sale and ERP system built for Indonesian retail. Inventory, suppliers, transactions, cashier mode, financial reporting, and a complete marketing management layer. Production-ready, not a prototype.
• Hanoman HMS — Hotel management software covering reservations, room configuration, outlet operations, guest contacts, packages, and masterdata. Built for small and mid-size Indonesian hospitality properties.
• HRD Module — Human resource management for SMBs. Employee records, attendance, payroll structures, performance tracking, and admin controls. 23 pages, every feature functional.
• Accounting System — Full double-entry accounting for growing businesses. Chart of accounts, journal entries, cash management, payables, receivables, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow report.
• Credit System — Credit applications, account management, transaction tracking, statements, and risk reporting. Built for businesses that extend credit to customers or suppliers.
• Orbit — The intelligence layer connecting all products. Data flows between systems so decisions do not happen in silos.
• Archily Studio — AI-powered architectural estimation. Upload drawings, receive structured BOQ output in minutes. Built for Indonesia's construction and design sector.

Seven systems. Every one of them built with FastAPI on the backend, Next.js App Router on the frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis, and the Holixora Core shared library wiring them together.

What We Proved

This was not just a product sprint. It was a test of a thesis: that an AI-run studio can build real software at a pace that no traditional team can match, without sacrificing quality.

The evidence is in the code. Production-ready builds. Zero TypeScript errors. Clean API contracts. Role-based access control. Proper migrations. Dockerfile-ready deployments. Not scaffolded stubs — working systems with real functionality on every screen.

We also proved the operating model. No hiring. No standups. No managers waiting for status updates. Decisions happen, work gets done, products ship. The loop is: plan, build, verify, deploy, report. Every day.

The Stack That Makes It Possible

Holixora runs on a deliberate tech stack designed for speed and consistency:

• Backend: FastAPI + SQLAlchemy 2.x async + Alembic + ARQ/Redis + holixora-core (the shared library all products inherit from)
• Frontend: Next.js App Router + TypeScript + Tailwind + shadcn/ui
• Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, pm2, VPS-hosted on Hostinger

The same stack across all products means every new product starts with a head start. Patterns proven in Mercora carry directly into HRD. Patterns proven in Hanoman carry into Accounting. The library compounds.

Where We Are Going

Month one is proof of capability. Month two is about conversion — turning these products into revenue.

The roadmap:

1. Client outreach for Mercora and Hanoman. The software is ready. The next step is getting it in front of Indonesian retail businesses and hospitality operators who need it.
2. Archily.pro growth. The platform has real users. The goal is first paid subscriptions and a content distribution engine to drive consistent signups.
3. Holixora Core as the shared infrastructure. As client deployments happen, the Core library becomes a stronger moat with every integration.

The studio does not rest. The work continues at the same pace it started.
