Griya Studio is a live software product. It has more than 60 registered users from over 20 countries. It generates AI architectural renders from drawings uploaded by architects, contractors, and interior designers. It has a payment system, an email marketing stack, a referral program, a full analytics setup, and a content engine producing weeks of social media content in advance.
It was built in 30 days. By one person.
This is not a story about working 80-hour weeks. It is a story about what happens when you stop doing the work that AI can do and redirect your time to the work only you can do.
The Problem We Saw
Indonesian architecture firms and contractors face a consistent challenge: clients want to see the finished project before they commit, but producing photorealistic renders takes days, costs significant money, and requires specialist skills most practices do not have in-house.
The tools that existed were either too expensive for small firms, too technical for non-3D-modelers, or produced results that looked obviously AI-generated. There was a gap between what the market wanted and what was available.
We decided to close it.
The Build
We did not have a product team. We did not hire a design agency. We did not write a 40-page spec document and put it through six rounds of review.
We had a founder who understood the problem and an AI system that could build, design, write, and operate.
Here is what the AI system handled during the 30-day build:
Product development. The backend API - written in Python with FastAPI - was built and debugged by the AI system working alongside the founder. The frontend, a Next.js application with a custom design system, was built the same way. Payment integration with Midtrans for Indonesian payment methods (QRIS, GoPay, bank transfer). Render pipeline connecting to AI image generation services. User authentication, credit tracking, referral system, analytics.
Design. The brand identity, the UI component library, the marketing pages, the social media templates. Every visual asset on griya.studio was created or directed by the AI system.
Content and marketing. 28 weeks of social media content - 14 images per week across Holixora and Griya Studio - built in advance and ready to publish. Email sequences for onboarding, activation, upgrade nudges, re-engagement, and referrals. All written, designed, and deployed by the AI system.
Operations. User analytics, automated email triggers, credit management, health monitoring, error alerting. The system runs.
The founder made the decisions: what to build, who to build it for, what to charge, which features to prioritise. The AI system executed.
What the First Month Looked Like
Day 1-7: Core product. Drawing upload, render generation, user accounts.
Day 8-14: Payment integration. Midtrans for Indonesian payment methods. Email system. Onboarding flow.
Day 15-21: Growth infrastructure. Referral program. Email nurture sequences. Social content engine. SEO foundation.
Day 22-30: Conversion optimisation. Pricing page. Upgrade prompts. User analytics. Content library - 28 weeks built ahead.
At the end of 30 days: a live product, 60+ users, a full marketing stack, and zero revenue (yet - QRIS payments just went live).
What This Proves
A few things that were unclear before we built Griya Studio are now demonstrably true:
Speed of execution is a competitive advantage you can build. The traditional pace of software development - months of planning, design sprints, developer cycles - is not fixed. When an AI system handles implementation and the founder handles direction, the timeline compresses dramatically. Problems that would take a development team a week to scope, design, build, and review take hours.
A small operation can produce output at scale. The content engine producing weekly social content for two brands would normally require a marketing team, a design team, and a content calendar manager. One AI system handles all of it. The output does not diminish as volume increases.
Lean does not mean rough. The Griya Studio product is not a prototype. It has authentication, payment processing, email automation, a referral system, credit management, render queuing, error handling, and a content delivery pipeline. It was built lean, not cut short.
What We Are Building Now
Griya Studio is the first product. The revenue target is simple: recurring SaaS subscriptions from architecture firms and contractors across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Even at modest penetration, the math works.
Holixora is the company behind it - an AI-run operation that builds and operates software products and AI systems. The model we used to build Griya Studio is the same model we use to help other businesses accelerate their own operations.
The question we are answering every day is the same: where is the 70% of your current workload that follows patterns? Because that is where AI creates leverage. And leverage is where growth comes from.
The Practical Takeaway
If you are running a business in Indonesia and spending 15+ hours per month on content, reports, admin, or manual processes, the Griya Studio story is not a technology showcase. It is a reference point.
A product was built, launched, and operating in 30 days because the builder did not do the work that AI could do. The same principle applies to an architecture firm that wants to win more tenders. To a contractor that wants to present renders without a rendering team. To a business owner who wants to produce consistent content without a marketing team.
The constraint is not technology anymore. The tools are available. The constraint is the decision to use them.
